World’s Top Skiers Coming to Calif Pro Am & Big Dawg Tournaments at Bell Acqua Lake Aug 25, 26 & 27th
Join us in Rio Linda, Calif., on the weekend of August 25, 26 & 27 for the fifteenth annual, 2017 California Pro Am Slalom Ski Tournament & Big Dawg World Tour Finals. Bringing over 80 of the world’s best Pro and Amateur skiers from around the globe to the largest Pro water ski event in the U.S., at the historic waters of the Bell Acqua ski lakes, located 2 miles off of Highway 80, just North of Sacramento.
Bring your family & friends (FREE!) to watch, mingle and be inspired by the sport’s top athletes like Nate Smith, Will Asher, Terry Winter, Thomas DeGasperi, Nick Parsons, Chris Parrish, Karen Truelove, Jeff Rogers, Corey Vaughn and many other renowned pros & Big Dawg skiers plus 25 amateurs as they ski head-to-head for cash awards and world records.
Friday - Action begins with the amateur competition at 8 AM followed by the initial Big Dawg competition.
Saturday - Open Men & Women Pros start at 7:45 AM followed by the head-to-head Big Dawg World Finals.
Sunday - The exciting Open Men's & Women's head-to-head finals kick off at 8 AM on (wrapping up by 3 PM).
Sunday afternoon - A special treat includes a jumping exhibition from several of the World's top jumpers including Freddy Krueger.
Attendance is free & parking is only $5/car for all spectators. No dogs please!
Share the excitement with many of your fellow BAWSC members who plan to attend the finals on Sunday Aug. 27 beginning at 8 AM. Wear your BAWSC logo clothing, bring your lawn chairs, cameras, autograph pens and picnic baskets (or utilize BAWSC' own Cabana Dave's Food Booth/Trucks).

Bell Acqua Lake #2 is located at 930 E Street, Rio Linda California, 95673.
From Freeway 80 in Sacramento take Raley Blvd. exit and head North for 2.0 miles, turn left (West) on E street. E street dead ends into the Rio Linda Airport and Lake #2. Look for the parking signs.
DO NOT TAKE the “Business 80/Capital Freeway” when nearing Sacramento.
