There will be a small event fee for members to cover the transportation of the boats to this event, launch fees and some picnic supplies. You will be responsible for your own camping fees, food, beverages and paying the boat owners daily for their gas used while skiing or wakeboarding.

Boat owners will attend and get their camping fees for free, but in order to make this equitable and to encourage as many people to come as possible, we are going to make this a Pay-As-You-Go event for boat gas. This means if you go out in a boat, you will share the cost of boat gas with everyone on the boat (including boat owners if they participate behind the boat). We believe that you will get more than your money's worth.
We will have a pot luck on Saturday evening. We will bring charcoal for the grills and plates and plasticware for this meal only. You bring meat or a main course to cook and a side dish, appetizer or dessert to share. Who knows what is in store this year but if you don't attend, you'll miss out.
Note: You may have to take down your tent and/or camping gear on Sunday early but we ought to be able to ski until 3. Remember, you must stay and help clean up the boat that you have been skiing on daily.

Special Instructions: After you are given confirmation that you are accepted as a participant in this activity, you must call Bethel Harbor and make a camping reservation.They charge $30 per night for a tent or RV. Each space has electricity and water. Sites have lots of shade and are a short walk to clean bathrooms with showers.
Depending on the number of boats available, we may need to limit the number of guests that ski/board but all are invited to camp and join the other fun!
