World's Top Skiers Coming to Calif Pro-Am Tournament in Elk Grove - Aug 26 thru 28
Join us in Elk Grove, Ca. on the weekend of Aug 27 for the 2021, (20th annual) California Pro Am Slalom Ski Tournament. Bringing most of the World's best Pro and Amateur skiers from around the globe to the largest Pro water ski event in the Western U.S., at the pristine waters of Short Line Ski Lake, located one mile East of Highway 99, in Elk Grove, Calif.
Bring your family & friends (FREE!) to watch, mingle and be inspired by the sport’s top athletes like Nate Smith, Manon Costard, Will Asher, Whitney McClintock, Terry Winter, Karen Truelove, Thomas DeGasperi, Freddie Winter, Nick Parsons, Chris LaPoint, Bob Hardeman, Jen LaPoint and many other renowned pro skiers plus 30 amateurs as they ski head-to-head for cash awards and world records.
Friday - Action begins with the Master's Men and Amateur preliminary competition at 8 AM.
Saturday - Starts at 8:00 AM with Open Women Pros and Open Men Pros (rounds 1 & 2).
Sunday - The Amateur Head-to-Head kicks off at 8:30 AM followed by the exciting Pro Open Women's head-to-head finals and then the Pro Open Men's head-to-head finals.
Attendance and parking is free for all spectators. No dogs or animals please!
Share the excitement with many of your fellow BAWSC members who plan to attend the finals on Sunday Aug 28 beginning at 8:30 AM. Wear your BAWSC logo clothing.
Bring your lawn chairs, hats, cameras, autograph pens, food/picnic baskets, drinks and coolers. (No food is available for purchase on site)

Short Line ski lake is located at 8920 Shortline Lane, Elk Grove, Ca. 95624. Gate code *1234From Hwy 580 head East onto Hwy 205. Then take Hwy 120 to Hwy 99 North to Elk Grove. Take the Sheldon Road turnoff East for one mile, looking for a right hand turn on the private driveway and gated Shortline Lane. Gate code *1234. Follow the signs to free parking midway down on the West side of the lake. Then check out the BAWSC canopy.
