WINTER SOCIAL/SNOW SKI/OUTDOOR EVENT TRIP

Event Overview:
Let's start 2026 by reconnecting with your friends from BAWSC.

Come join us at the Baxter's Getaway in Copperopolis, CA, only a two-and-a-half hour drive from the South San Jose.

Many opportunities await you such as snow skiing (Dodge Ridge is an hour away and Bear Valley is an hour-and-half away), snowshoeing in Calaveras Big Trees is a lot of fun, wine tasting and hiking are some of the options. Last year many people drove straight to Dodge Ridge and skied before arriving at Casa Copperopolis on Friday. Also last year there was some interest in snowmobiling at Big Bear for this year. If we get a lot of interest and snow permitting I will make arrangements. Cost of snowmobiling will on the participants.

Note:  This event is limited to members only.
A number of sleeping quarters are available.

Event Cost:
Meals are included in the cost of the event:
- Friday: Dinner
- Saturday: Three square meals ( please bring something you would like to share for the dinner meal. Meat will be provide )
- Sunday: Breakfast and lunch
* BYOB

Note: Please bring sleeping bags.

A members-only event: $80.00 per person
