World’s Top Skiers Coming to California Pro Am Tournament at Bell Acqua on September 12, 13 & 14th
Join us in Rio Linda, Calif., on the weekend of September 12, 13 & 14, for the twelfth annual, 2014 California Pro Am (formerly called Diablo Shores Pro Am) Slalom Ski Tournament. Bringing over 95 of the world’s best Pro and Amateur skiers from around the globe, to the historic waters of the Bell Acqua ski lakes, located 2 miles off of Highway 80, just North of Sacramento.
Bring your family & friends (FREE!) to watch, mingle and be inspired by the sport’s top athletes like Nate Smith, Will Asher, Terry Winters, Thomas DeGasperi, Nick Parsons, Chris LaPoint, Karen Truelove, Whitney McClintock, Regina Jaquess, Jennifer LaPoint and over 30 other renowned pros, 13 Masters and 45 amateurs as they ski head-to-head for cash awards and world records.
Action begins with the amateur & master competition at 8 AM on Friday, pro-prelims at 8:00 AM on Saturday and the exciting head-to-head finals at 9 AM on Sunday (wrapping up by 3 PM). Attendance & parking is FREE for all spectators. No dogs please!
Share the excitement with many of your fellow BAWSC members who plan to attend the finals on Sunday Sept. 14, beginning at 9 AM. Wear your BAWSC logo clothing, bring your lawn chairs, cameras, autograph pens and picnic baskets (or utilize the Food Booth).
