World's Top Skiers Coming to Calif Pro-Am Tournament in Elk Grove, Ca. - Aug 27 thru 30
Join us in Elk Grove, Ca. on the weekend of Aug 27 for the 2026, (24th annual) California Pro Am Slalom Ski, Trick & Jump Tournament. Bringing most of the World's best Pro Skiers, Trickers and Jumpers including Seniors and under 21 Juniors from around the globe to the largest Pro water ski event in the Western U.S., at the pristine waters of Short Line Ski Lake, located one mile East of Highway 99, in Elk Grove, Calif.
Bring your family & friends (FREE!) to watch, mingle and be inspired by the sport’s top athletes like Nate Smith, Regina Jaques, Will Asher, Whitney McClintock (Rini), Terry Winter, Thomas DeGasperi, Allie Nicholson, Corey Vaughn, Charlie Ross, Erika Lang, Alexia Abelson, Freddie Winter and many other renowned pro skiers as they ski head-to-head for >$30,000 in cash awards and world records.
SCHEDULE of EVENTS (competition begins at 8:00 AM daily)
Thursday 8/27 - Under 21 Juniors
Friday 8/28 - Action begins with the Senior Men's and Women's rounds. Followed by the Pro Men's & Women's preliminary competition.
Saturday 8/29 - Pro Men & Women Skier, Trick & Jump competition.
Sunday 8/30 - Is kicked off at 8:00 AM with the the exciting Pro Women's & Men's head-to-head Slalom, Trick & Jump finals.
Attendance and parking is free for all spectators. No dogs or animals please!
Share the excitement with many of your fellow BAWSC members who plan to attend the finals on Sunday Aug 30 beginning at 8:00 AM. Wear your BAWSC logo clothing.
Bring your lawn chairs, hats, cameras, autograph pens, sun lotion, food/picnic baskets, drinks and coolers. (food is available for purchase on site)

From Hwy 580 head East onto Hwy 205. Then take Hwy 120 to Hwy 99 North to Elk Grove. Take the Sheldon Road turnoff East for one mile, looking for a right hand turn on the private driveway and gated Shortline Lane. Gate code *1234. Follow the signs to free parking midway down on the West side of the lake. Then check out the BAWSC canopy.
